Computes the treelikeness

Usage

delta.score(x, arg = "mean", ...)

Arguments

x: an object of class phyDat
arg: Specifies the return value, one of "all", "mean" or "sd"
...: further arguments passed through dist.hamming

Value

A vector containing the \(\delta\) scores.
